Everything about who we are stems from what we learned and experienced in our formative childhood years. Many of us have experienced generational trauma cycles through the ways in which our caregivers interacted and communicated with us - and as a result we may struggle through our adulthood and with our current relationships.

Teaching People How to Re-Parent Themselves and Their Children

Identifying and understanding these trauma cycles can help us to end the toxic pattern and replace it with better, more positive habits. Through re-parenting yourself and learning how to communicate effectively with your partner and/or child(ren), you will be able to establish and foster a truly healthy family dynamic!
